Well as many of you know pharmacies have stopped carrying armour thyroid. My Dr switched me to synthroid and within a week I began having the cold hands, feet, along with fatigue again. I went to the local health food store and the expert recommended this. I took one and within 2 hours my chills and fatigue went away. Now I take one in the AM with my sythroid on an empty stomach, and one mid afternoon. I feel clear headed again. Thank you for making this quality product.
